![]() | What is cellulite? |
Cellulite is an unattractive, dimpled skin located around the back of the legs, thighs, buttocks and other body areas where large amounts of fat cells are found in close proximity to the skin. Most women over the age of 18 have some degree of cellulite, but it is uncommon in men. It develops as fat cells in the subcutaneous layer increase, forming tight pockets, which inhibit circulation and trap water and toxins. Cellulite does not respond well to weight loss, exercise, creams or even surgical liposuction.
![]() | What causes cellulite? |
A number of factors contribute to the development of cellulite, including heredity, hormones, weight gain, poor circulation, food additives and chemical preservatives.
![]() | Why is it so difficult to eliminate cellulite? |
Cellulite is a complex condition that results from numerous factors, each of which must be addressed. The longer the cellulite has been in existence the more resistant it will be to treatment because it becomes denser and hardens over time. The "sludge" (fat, toxins and water trapped within the connective tissues) must be broken up and circulation increased so fresh blood and oxygen can help wash it away. Fat and toxins have to be removed from the diet and circulation must be improved to keep new sludge from forming. As the fat cells protrude they weaken the elasticity of the skin. The skin must also be firmed or the cottage cheese appearance will remain even after some of the sludge has been eliminated.
![]() | What is C-Lite-X? |
C-Lite-X is a potent combination of botanical and clinically proven bio-active ingredients which have been impregnated into our proprietary HydroSponge for direct pressure release to target sites as the HydroSponge is massaged over the cellulite prone areas. It is a scientifically advanced product that provides three dimensional treatment and address all factors that contribute to cellulite.
| Ingredient | Benefits |
| Coenzyme A | Activates fatty acids. Initiates process to reduce the layer of fat located beneath the skin’s dermal layer. |
| Carnitine | Transports the activated fatty acids. Provides the second step vital to the lipolysis of the fat layer of the hypodermis, which is especially thick at the level of the thighs, the hips and the buttocks. |
| Caffeine | Enhances the breakdown of triglycerides, allowing them to be released into the bloodstream where they can be used as energy. |
| Centella | Inhibits edema. Promotes synthesis of collagen to eliminate skin’s orange peel appearance. |
| Palmitoyl Oligopeptide | Restructures and firms collagen fibers to eliminate skin’s orange peel appearance. |
| Soy Protein | Increases skin firmness. Restores connective tissues and elasticity. |
| Elderberry | Facilitates the drainage of interstitial water and toxic wastes by inducing a natural diuretic action. |
| HydroSponge | Provides chemical-free delivery of treatment formulation. Promotes three-dimensional activity. Encourages microcirculation and capillary dilatation to activate tissue drainage. Warms the skin to create an optimal treatment environment. |
![]() | How does C-Lite-X work? |
C-Lite-X delivers a potent anti-cellulite formulation to target areas via a circulation stimulating procedure. The unique delivery massage is designed to activate tissue drainage, to break up cellulite, to warm the skin and create capillary dilation to increase the skins permeabilityleaving it optimally prepared for treatment. The formulation assists with the evacuation of water, toxins and lipolytic metabolites from target areas. It also increases the skins tone and firmness.
![]() | Why is C-Lite-X more effective than anti-cellulite creams? |
Cellulite is a three-dimensional problem that involves the entire fatty layer and extends all the way from under the surface of the skin down to the muscle, where creams can't reach. Unlike creams and lotions, C-Lite-X is a dual action, comprehensive treatment. Both the formulation and the delivery vehicle are integral components of the system. While the scientifically advanced formulation works to smooth and firm, the medically approved HydroSponge works to stimulate circulation and release the water and toxins trapped beneath the skin. Traditional anti-cellulite products are cosmetics that contain a few active ingredients delivered via a cream or lotion. Creams and lotions are complex formulations of chemicals such as oils, surfactants, preservatives, emulsifiers, dyes and fragrance. These chemicals do not contribute to the reduction of cellulite and they may even be counter-productive. Moreover, creams and lotions are not effective delivery vehicles because cellulite exists below the surface of the skin where creams cannot penetrate.
![]() | How do I apply C-Lite-X? |
Simply moisten the HydroSponge with water and vigorously massage the target areas to stimulate circulation and release the formulation.
![]() | How long does it take to complete a treatment? |
For best results, each target area (i.e. a leg, the buttocks, the stomach etc.) should be massaged for 1-2 minutes. Keep in mind that the massage is an integral component of the treatment. The more an area is massaged the faster the cellulite will begin to be released from the connective tissue.
![]() | Is there anything I can do to maximize the benefits of C-Lite-X? |
Absolutely!
![]() | Are there any supplements I should take in conjunction with the application of C-Lite-X? |
Never take supplements without consideration of your over-all health condition or the possible interaction with your prescription drugs. All other things being equal, anything that improves circulation or fat metabolism may be helpful.
Lecithin, Choline, Inositol, L-Carnitine, L-Methionine, L-Argine and L-Ornithine are often recommended for the management of fat; Niacin, Coenzyme-Q10 and Ginko Biloba for proper circulation.
![]() | How often should C-Lite-X be applied? |
For maximum results, C-Lite-X should be applied daily for the first 21 days. Use after the first 21 days is dependent upon individual condition, lifestyle and goals. To continue treatment, apply C-Lite-X 5-7 times per week; to maintain desired results, apply C-Lite-X 2-3 times per week.
![]() | What is a target area? |
Cellulite targets certain areas of the body where the skin is thin and fat cells are close to the skins surface. These areas most commonly are the back of the upper legs, the buttocks and the thighs. Occasionally cellulite is visible on the stomach, the front of the upper legs or backs of the arms.
![]() | Will C-Lite-X cure my cellulite problem? |
Cellulite is a chronic condition that cannot be cured, but can be effectively controlled and managed with the assistance of C-Lite-X, exercise and a healthy diet.
![]() | When will I notice results? |
Although you should start to see results in as little as 3-4 weeks, most conditions require 60 days to produce significant benefits.
![]() | Can C-Lite-X be used in conjunction with surgical liposuction? |
Yes. C-Lite-X is an excellent complement to liposuction. It smoothes and tones as liposuction reduces size.
![]() | Will C-Lite-X stain my clothes? |

![]() | Is there any special application technique that will bring faster or better results? |
Stay focused on these goals:
Remember to drink lots of water.
![]() | What is Active Infusion Technology? |
Active Infusion Technology is an advanced delivery system that allows active ingredients to be delivered directly to a treatment site without the assistance of delivery vehicles, such as creams, lotions, gels, sprays, or chemicals. Active Infusion Technology makes it possible to have more potent and more natural formulations as all of the unnecessary chemical additives are eliminated. Active Infusion Technology is especially important for the treatment of cellulite because it does not create a barrier (as many creams do) which inhibits the release of toxins through the skin.
![]() | How does Active Infusion Technology compare with Micro-Encapsulation? |
Active Infusion Technnology is the purest and most advanced delivery technology available today. It eliminates those delivery system chemicals that can compromise the benefits of active ingredients or interfer with their delivery to target sites. Micro-Encapsulation, on the other hand, adds more chemicals to a formulation. It wraps a "bubble" of chemicals around the active ingredients to protect them from those chemicals that can negatively impact their effectiveness or delivery. Micro-Encapsulation provides a band-aid rather than a solution to more effective delivery technology.
![]() | Can C-Lite-X be applied more than once per day? |
For faster results, C-Lite-X can be used up to two times per day. Consistency, however, is more important than increased applications.
![]() | What is the HydroSponge? |
The HydroSponge is a hydrophilic, polyurethane foam pad that is medically approved for transdermal drug delivery. It contains a patented hydrophilic coating which enables it to absorb and hold large amounts of active ingredients for release with the application of pressure. It is an extremely effective delivery device for a cellulite formulation because, unlike creams and lotions, it is chemical free and it also improves microcirculation as it is massaged over target areas.
![]() | Can the C-Lite-X HydroSponge be reused? |
The HydroSponge is designed for single use and should be discarded after the application.
![]() | Can I use C-Lite-X on my face? |
No. C-Lite-X is designed for use on the legs, thighs, buttocks, stomach and back of the arms.
![]() | Is it better to use natural, as opposed to synthetic, ingredients? |
Not necessarily. The use of the terms "natural" and "botanical" are not regulated and can be extremely misleading. While pure, potent, natural ingredients used in sufficient quantity can have benefits in skin care and are adjuncts in the treatment of cellulites, the inclusion of natural ingredients in a product formulation is not automatically beneficial. Most poor quality "botanical" ingredients are not potent enough to have any benefit and they require strong preservative systems to prevent the growth of bacteria. Preservatives can be harmful to both the skin and the body. Products that use pure water, high quality ingredients, controlled manufacturing conditions and packaging that prevents cross contamination do not require harsh chemical preservatives.
Even in so called natural products the "natural" ingredients rarely account for more than 5-10% of the entire formulation, so it is more important to evaluate the remaining ingredients. No amount of "natural" ingredients can compensate for the potential harm of chemicals such as alcohol, ethanol, dyes, fragrance, sodium hydroxide (lye), isopropyl myristate, sodium laurel sulfate, methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, diazolidinyl urea, imidazolidinyl urea, etc.
In summary, dont assume that all products that contain "natural"ingredients are beneficial. What is important is the quality and quantity of the natural ingredients, but even more important is to ensure that the product does not contain harmful chemical additives.
![]() | Sometimes my skin gets pink when I apply C-Lite-X. Is that a problem? |
No. That is the result of capillary dilitation, which brings blood and oxygen to the target area to help move toxins from the underlying tissues. This is a temporary condition that lasts only for a minute or two.
